The greatest story never told

» ID Fight Choreographer Ronin Traynor worked on the fights for The Artisan, a black comedy by The Cheeky Beggars and directed by Juliane von Sivers. Previewing at Edinburgh Festival, this comic jaunt takes the audience through the imagination of two writers as they attempt to tell the greatest story never told. Featuring clowning, physical comedy, puppetry and slapstick violence it’s a break neck journey of triumph, failure and sibling rivalry spanning continents centuries and worlds.

The Cheeky Beggars have produced three full length shows in less than two years in the process establishing their reputation for visually inventive, physically dynamic live performance. Their Stockwell based comedy cabaret ‘The Cheeky Beggars Banquet is now a firm fixture on the London circuit, providing a platform for emerging art.
